Khayala Animation presents a grounded vision of modern living in North Jeddah. This 3D film captures the atmosphere of a community shaped by green spaces, elegant simplicity, and true everyday functionality.

This animation was created to communicate a feeling—not just a place. From the first aerial shot, we see a neighborhood that feels open, calm, and livable. Khayala isn’t imagined as a luxury dream, but as a real environment for Saudi families—where streets are walkable, parks are around the corner, and services are never far. We focused on everyday moments: the school drop-off, an evening walk, kids in a shared garden—scenes that make a house feel like home.

Khayala’s location does a lot of the work—it’s close to Al-Haramain Road, with quick access to the airport and major destinations across the city. In the animation, we emphasized that clarity. Roads are wide and structured, traffic flows logically, and the district feels connected, not isolated. The buildings are placed with purpose, opening views and light. The animation doesn't over-style this—it simply shows what’s already good urban design.

In developing the animation, we avoided heavy effects and focused on realism. We used soft daylight, neutral tones, and real materials—stone, concrete, greenery—to make it feel like a place that already exists. Every garden space, streetlamp, and façade texture was crafted to reflect Saudi climate and culture. The goal was to create a space that doesn’t look futuristic or unreachable—but lived in, believable, and warm.

Khayala’s buildings are defined by clarity. They’re not designed to impress from a distance, but to work well for the people inside them. In the animation, we show how the architecture supports daily life: balconies that look over shared spaces, entrances that feel private, and layouts that prioritize light and cross-ventilation. It’s a simple language, but it speaks clearly.

Nothing in Khayala feels forced. The animation highlights how the district respects Jeddah’s character—low-rise buildings that follow the sun, public spaces planted with native greenery, and a palette that feels in tune with the surrounding city. We chose camera angles and color grading that amplify this natural integration, letting the environment breathe through the design.
