Circuit Studio created an architectural animation for ZAG East—PRE Group’s new commercial and administrative hub inside Ivoire East, New Cairo—in collaboration with Omni Project Development Consultancy.

With PRE Group positioning ZAG as a “distinctive commercial and office development” for East Cairo, the film’s role is to translate strategy into emotion: confidence, momentum, and a premium business identity. Omni publicly acknowledged the launch, and our visualization supports that story by presenting ZAG East as a cohesive, walkable business corridor that feels credible to investors and intuitive for end users.

ZAG East’s experience is built around an activated ground plane—retail, cafés and restaurants—supported by practical infrastructure such as spacious parking, 24/7 security, maintenance, EV charging, and a smart building management system. Our animation brings this to life by focusing on pedestrian comfort, arrival sequences, and the transition from active plazas to efficient workplace environments.

Across G+5 building typologies, the project offers contemporary architecture and flexible office configurations—commonly described in the ~90–250 sqm range (with market listings also noting 85–240 sqm options), designed to serve everyone from startups to major tenants. In the animation, we emphasize clarity of the stacked program (retail base + office floors) and the “work-ready” character of the buildings through clean compositions, legible cores, and readable floorplate rhythm.

For ZAG East, our animation is shaped to sell the project as a contemporary business destination on South Teseen / South 90th Street in New Cairo, starting with broad “context” shots that communicate the ~1 km frontage and the scale of the district. We then bring the camera down to human level to make the mixed-use logic instantly readable—active commercial edges at the base with efficient administrative floors above across the G+5 building typologies—so viewers can imagine how the place works day-to-day, not just how it looks. The pacing and framing prioritize clarity and confidence, using repeated architectural rhythms to express a unified identity across the 15-building ensemble while keeping the experience dynamic and cinematic.

Set directly on South 90th / South Teseen Street in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, ZAG East is positioned for maximum visibility—fronting a full 1 km along the corridor and sitting opposite major communities like Mivida and Hyde Park. Our animation leverages this context with wide establishing views that clearly communicate the project’s frontage, accessibility, and “gateway” presence within the city.

ZAG East is conceived as a modern business destination, spanning 108,000+ sqm of land with a 122,249 sqm built-up area and total investments around EGP 9 billion. Composed of 15 mixed-use buildings, it blends ground-level commercial activity with upper administrative space—an approach our film highlights by moving between district-scale massing and street-level retail energy.
